Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and guidelines for participating in “The Ultimate Fitness Challenge” (the "Challenge"). Please read them carefully.

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older regardless of gender.

Challenge Duration

The Challenge will begin on Friday, October 20, and end on Sunday, October 22, 2023. The “Great Final” will take place on Sunday, October 22 at 17:30

Rules and Guidelines

Participants are required to strictly adhere to the fitness regimen and exercises provided by the Challenge organizers throughout the competition.

        High Bar Hang Challenge: Participants are obliged to engage in the"High Bar Hang Challenge," which involves hanging from a high bar with their hands for as long as possible.

        Selection of Finalists: The top 5 participants with the longest recorded hanging time will qualify to participate in the "Great Final" round which also involves hanging from a high bar with their         hands for as long as possible.

The winner of the challenge will be determined based on the duration of their endurance during the "Great Final."

During the High Bar Hang Challenge, participants must ensure that their feet do not touch the ground or any form of support. Failure to comply with this rule may result in disqualification. Participants are required to provide their name and mobile number to participate in the challenge. This information will be used solely for communication and verification purposes related to the challenge and will not be shared with third parties.

Scoring and Prize

The winner will be determined based on time during the “Great Final”. The prize to be awarded consists of a €2,500 voucher redeemable for GearUp products and equipment at the GearUp official Store in Gerakas, Attiki. The voucher is subject to the terms and conditions set forth by GearUp and is non-transferable. Any applicable taxes or additional costs associated with the prize will be the responsibility of the winner.

Participant's Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for their own health and safety during the Challenge. Ethical behavior is expected throughout the Challenge.

Health and Safety

Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new fitness regimen. Participants assume all health and safety risks during the Challenge.

Liability and Disclaimers

The organizers of the Challenge are not liable for any injuries, health risks, or medical conditions resulting from participation. Participation in the Challenge is at the Participant's own risk.

Termination

The organizers reserve the right to terminate the Challenge at their discretion.

Intellectual Property

The organizers have the right to use Participants’ content, including photos, videos, and progress reports, during and after the Challenge. Participants are required to provide their name and mobile number to participate in the challenge. This information will be used solely for communication and verification purposes related to the challenge and will not be shared with third parties.

Modification of Terms and Conditions

The organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms, and participants will be informed of any changes.

Acceptance

By registering and participating in the Challenge, Participants accept these Terms.
